About the program
The 6-week online executive program is designed to provide a structured yet flexible learning experience that fits into a busy professional schedule. Participants will engage in a 2-hour live online session each week, complemented by self-paced activities and reflection exercises, bringing the total estimated time investment to approximately 6 hours per week.
Before each session, participants complete a self-assessment to reflect deeply on the topics, progressively building a foundation for personal growth. By the end of the program, you’ll leave with a personalized HIB – Action Plan to implement in your leadership journey.

Action-based Learning in Small Group
To ensure an optimal online learning experience, each program cohort is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
To foster a safe and open environment for discussion, all information shared by participants remains strictly confidential within the group. In addition, sessions will not be recorded, ensuring complete privacy and encouraging authentic, candid participation throughout the program.
Program Fee and Cancellation Policy
- The program fee is 2.950,00 EUR, VAT excluded, payable upon registration.
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 295,00 EUR, VAT excluded.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable; however, participants may transfer their registration to a future session or a substitute participant. No refunds will be issued once the program has begun.
