Humanism in Business (HIB) is a six-module online executive programme for experienced managers preparing for broader leadership responsibility. It strengthens your ability to create sustainable financial value while making decisions grounded in rationality, ethics, fulfilment and collective action.

About the program

The programme offers a structured learning experience designed to fit alongside a demanding professional role. Participants take part in six live online sessions, supported by self-paced preparation, practical assignments and guided reflection.

Before each session, participants complete a short self-assessment and preparatory exercise. These insights are progressively translated into a personalised HIB Action Plan, connecting the programme’s ideas directly to your leadership practice and business context.

By the end of the programme, you will have developed a practical framework for approaching complex decisions, strengthening collaboration and contributing more consciously and effectively at executive level.

Applications for the Autumn 2026 cohort close on August 15, 2026.

Sessions are scheduled from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Brussels time on: October 6, October 20, November 3, November 17, December 1 and December 15, 2026.

The Spring cohort will meet from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Brussels time on the following Tuesdays: March 9, March 23, April 6, April 20, May 4 and May 18, 2027.

The Autumn cohort will begin after the summer holidays and will meet from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Brussels time on the following Tuesdays: October 5, October 19, November 2, November 16, November 30 and December 14, 2027.

Action-based Learning in Small Group

Each cohort is limited to 16 participants, creating space for meaningful dialogue, individual attention and high-quality peer exchange.

Every module combines structured reflection with practical application. Participants examine a current leadership or business challenge, consider different perspectives and translate their insights into actions that can be tested in their own professional environment.

Learning is strengthened through candid but respectful dialogue with experienced peers from different organisational and professional backgrounds.

Privacy and confidentiality

Sessions are not recorded.

Self-assessments and individual HIB Action Plans are accessible only to the participant and the instructor. This confidential setting allows participants to examine complex professional questions openly and honestly.

Programme fee

The programme fee is €2,950, excluding 21% VAT, payable upon registration.

Cancellation and transfer policy

Cancellations received at least 14 calendar days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund, less a processing fee of €295, excluding 21% VAT.

Cancellations received within 14 calendar days of the start date are non-refundable. Participants may, however, transfer their registration to a future cohort or nominate a suitable substitute participant.

No refunds will be issued after the programme has begun.
